Mango Zing

Mango ZingTo make Mango Zing, we took Zuurzing, added 1.4 pounds of Mango per gallon, then allowed our Belgian yeast to referment the fruit. This produced a wonderfully tart and aromatic fruit beer with a beautifully radiant golden color.

Grains: Pilsner Malt, Maine-grown Wheat

Kettle Hops: Cascade, Crystal

Yeast: House Belgian

ABV: 5.6%
