This pizza is a story, a heritage of part of our ownership, and a declaration of love to the pizza we grew up eating in Detroit. We reworked and re-imagined recipes over the pandemic with countless trials, and taking inspiration from the incredible food culture of our adopted city. The result? Our pizza is so much lighter, crispier, and complex than anything you’ve ever had.
