Welcome to Foundation Brewing & Pizza! Our tasting room space is open for indoor seating while we continue to have our outdoor patio in all seasons (weather permitting). In the spring/summer/fall, we have a large outdoor tent. During the winter and cooler times, the patio has heaters and fire tables.
You can order beers and pizza for here or to-go by walking inside and ordering at the bar. The tasting room and patio are seat yourself. Pupper-friends are welcome on the outdoor patio year-round. Our online store continues to be a great way to preorder your beer and pizza to go for pick-up at the brewery.

what to Expect
- To go beer, draft pours and food ordering are all available from our amazing bartenders.
- Indoor and outdoor seating are available.
- Enter the patio from the parking lot entrance. The bar is accessed through the door labeled #7.
- Our outdoor patio is seat yourself and has fire tables. Please ask a member of the tasting room team to turn one on for you if it’s not already going. Those awesome black boxes above the windows are radiant heaters, and make the space underneath them pretty cozy! (Pro-move)
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

- Can I order beer to-go? You can pre-order beer (and pizza) through our online store with pick-up available at the bar just inside the tasting room bay door. This menu will also tell you all of the beers that are currently available to-go.
- Can I buy single cans to go? Our canned beers are all available as both 4-packs and singles.
- Can I bring my dog? Yes, puppers welcome! Dogs are allowed on our outside patio, and they should be on a leash and with you at your table at all times. We’d love for you to follow our @foundationpups Instagram account!

- What food is available? Check out the menu for our brewery kitchen that focuses on delicious Detroit-style square pizzas! The kitchen is open the same hours as the brewery but stops taking new orders 45 minutes before we close.
- Can I get pizza delivered?! Yes, you can! We partner with 2 Dine In for pizza to be delivered in their Portland and South Portland (partial) service area during the hours that our kitchen is open.
- Are there gluten-free options available? Unfortunately, as a brewery, there is a lot of gluten in the air here. We do have a wonderful hard seltzer lemonade (Zesty) made with gluten-free ingredients. On our food menu, we try to make sure there is something for everyone including an option to make your Detroit-style pizza with a gluten-free crust! Please note that our gluten free dough is made in our kitchen using the same tools and equipment as our gluten-based dough. Ask your bartender for current gluten-free options.
- Are your beers vegan? All of our beers/seltzers are vegetarian/vegan unless they contain milk sugar/lactose. You can find more information in our beer allergen chart for our currently available products.
- Due to allergies in our brewery family, our kitchen is nut-free. A full allergen chart for our kitchen can be downloaded HERE.
